Dr.
Hudes is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and
the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, starting private
practice in 1972. He is board certified by both the American
Board of Podiatric Surgery and as well as the American Board
of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Medicine.
He is Chief of Podiatry at the Catskill Regional Medical Center
in Harris, NY as well as being on staff at Orange Regional
Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus & Horton and Ellenville
Community Hospital. Dr. Hudes has also served on the faculty
of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine as a clinical
instructor.
His past presidencies include the Monticello Rotary Club,
as well as the New York Podiatric Medical Association (Mid-Hudson
Division).

Dr. Rubin received a B.S. in Pharmacy from Albany College
of Pharmacy, and graduated from the New York College of Podiatric
Medicine in 1983. Dr. Rubin is currently a member of the Podiatry
staff at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY and
Ellenville Community Hospital.
He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics
and Primary Podiatric Medicine, as well as being a Fellow
of the American Association of Hospital Podiatrists.
He is a past President of Monticello Rotary Club, past Captain
of Monticello Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and past Master of
Fallsburg Masonic Lodge.

Dr. Atlas graduated from St. Johns College of Pharmacy and
then attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine,
where he was the valedictorian of his class. He then served
two years as a resident at Wyckoff Hospital, where he became
chief resident. He joined Family Footcare Group in 1995
He is board certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery,
Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery,
Licensed in both Podiatric Medicine and in Pharmacy by the
State of New York.
He is a member of the Wallkill East Rotary Club. Dr. Atlas
is currently a Podiatry staff member at Catskill Regional
Medical Center, Orange Regional Medical Center and Arden Hill
& Horton Campus, Ellenville Community Hospital, and Good
Samaritan Hospital.

Condro did her undergraduate work at Manhattan College, earning
a degree in Biology. She then attended New York College of
Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1989. She served several
preceptorships in the New York City area before joining Family
Footcare Group in 1991.
She is board certified by both the American Board of Podiatric
Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine as well as a fellow
of the American Association of Hospital Podiatrists, and is
an active member of the Mid-Hudson division of the Podiatric
Medical Society of the State of New York.

Gregg

Dr. Atlas graduated from SUNY Albany in 1992. He then attended
the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated
with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1997. Thereafter, he received
his Podiatric surgical training at The Podiatry Hospital of
Pittsburgh, at which time he was Chief Resident. Dr Atlas
has also spent time training in Italy
as part of his residency.
Dr. Atlas is a fellow of The American College of Foot and
Ankle Surgery and is licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Atlas is board certified by The American Board of Podiatric
Surgery in foot surgery and is a board certified wound specialist.
Dr. Atlas is Chief of Podiatric Division of the Wound Center
at Catskill Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Atlas is currently on staff at Catskill Regional Hospital
in Harris NY, Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton and Arden
Hill & Horton Campus in Middletown, and Bon Secours Hospital
